UAC | TRAINING PROGRAM:
I. MUAY THAI
If your Goals are focused more on striking and would like to compete in Muay Thai. (Retain a Muay Thai Membership.)
II. JIU-JITSU
If your Goals are focused more on Mixed Martial Arts and would like to compete in MMA. (Retain a Jiu-Jitsu Membership.)
III. Strength & Conditioning / Roadwork
If you are wanting to compete you must do Strength & Conditioning / Roadwork (MINIMUM OF 3x/WEEK FOR 30MIN.)
IV. MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
If you would like to compete in MMA. You MUST have a strong understanding of ground-work and/or striking while on your feet standing.
